What an appointment is for
A session is designed to assess what is contributing to the issue, treat it with purpose, and give you a clearer direction for what needs to change.
The aim is not only to reduce pain in the room. The aim is to help you understand what needs to change beyond the appointment as well.

The time you see in the portal is there to hold the right amount of clinic time. It is not a promise that the whole appointment is just a fixed block of hands-on treatment.
The session is there to work out what is driving the problem, treat what matters, and leave you with a clear next step.
Pain is rarely one-dimensional. Treatment should not be either.
Payment
This is a direct-pay clinic. Public appointments are listed at $150.
Methods accepted
EFTPOS, cash, card, and Stripe.
Claims and rebates
The clinic does not process Medicare, DVA, private health, WorkCover, or NDIS billing through the clinic.
Receipts
Receipts can be provided if you want to manage eligible claiming independently.
Cancellation policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur the full session fee.
This policy protects appointment availability and the time set aside for each client.
