Bookings and payment

• Appointments are booked through our third-party portal (Zanda).
• We operate a direct-pay model. The public booking price listed on this website is $150. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and receipts are provided.
• We do not process Medicare, DVA, private health, WorkCover, or NDIS billing through the clinic. Receipts may be used for your own claiming where independently eligible.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur the full session fee.

Suitability and urgent concerns

This clinic is intended for issues within the scope of allied-health assessment and treatment. If your symptoms are urgent, severe, medically concerning, or require emergency care, seek appropriate medical assistance immediately.

Intellectual property

All branding, content, and the description of the Functional Therapy method on this site are the property of Functional Therapy Adelaide Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

Privacy

Your use of this website and our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
